- Any article submitted to JAMDC must not be previously submitted to any other journal
and must not be published in total or as a part. The authors will be requested to sign an
agreement to give copyright to the publishers. The undersigned declare(s) that the article
is original, does not infringe upon any copyright or other proprietary right of any third
party, is not under consideration by another journal, and has not been published
previously. The authors will also be requested to assist the editors in final proof reading of
their articles before publication. - On submitting article to JAMDC we agree that all copyright ownership is transferred to the
- JAMDC even the article can be declined after the acceptance as per decision of the
concerned authorities. - All the content available on JAMDC website is the property of JAMDC if created by
JAMDC, or of the person or entity who or which owned it prior to submission to JAMDC. - The copyright in the text of individual articles (including research articles, review articles,
book reviews, conference proceedings and abstracts) is not the property of JAMDC, and
its ownership is not affected by its submission or publication by JAMDC.
Licensing Policy
- All the articles editorially accepted for publication by the JAMDC are licensed under the
License No.PCPB/1032 on dated 25-02-19. Submitting a manuscript to JAMDC, the author
has to certify that he/ she is authorized by other contributors (s) and co-author (s) to enter the
publication process. - He/ She shall assure on behalf of all author (s) that:
The manuscript is original, it has not been published in any other journal before, is not
under consideration for any other journal and does not violate any existing copyrights
or any other rights of a third party. - I/we have full authority to enter into this agreement for granting the rights to JAMDC
as sole author (s) of the article without breaching any other obligation. - The manuscript does not contain any unlawful content or anything that would breach
the agreement (s) of confidence, commitment, and confidentiality. - I/we certify that necessary care has been taken to ensure the reliability of the article.
All purported statements and information are facts to the best of my/our knowledge and
the currently accepted standards of scientific knowledge. Therefore, any of the
